A Nation of Patriots

Happy Columbus day!

One of our friends was a part of this act of freedom, and has his own words on the subject.

Stay tuned for more information as it develops.

From what I hear, even the police were told what to do, and they obeyed. The people are finally being heard, and it makes me happy and sad. Happy we are finally uniting under the common bond of poverty, suffering, and pain…but also sad for all the lives that have been lost and the lives that continue to be in danger not just in Iraq and Afghanistan, but right next door to where I live.

Washington D.C. was just a focal point of the energy that is behind this whole shift in thinking, acting, and living. I have to ask myself in times like these…

What am I doing to help?
